MINIDIS products are selected for durability, but in small occasion you experience mallfunction of a device. Since 90% of our support relates to software related issues, please ensure that the problem you are experiencing is hardware related.
Off-course we can assist you with software related issues, but standard warrantee is only applicable for hardware related issues.
To efficiently handle RMA procedures and to avoid delay or additional costs please read below guidelines carfully.
If a unit fails within 30 days after shipment, it is considered DOA (Dead on Arrival) and it will be exchanged for a new unit. After 30 days the regular factory warrantee is applicable and the unit will be repared or exchanged with equal refurbished unit.
Never send us a malfunctioning unit before consulting us upfront. Each RMA request will be registered with a unique RMA number. After our RMA approvement, ensure this RMA number is included and visible on your documents or shipping labels.
If within the 30days DOA period, the unit MUST ALWAYS be returned in original (same serial number) and undamaged product packaging. Never ship units using their standard productpackaging as shipping carton only. Always ship the products within an appropriate shipping carton.
If original product packaging is not available ensure that the unit is well wrapped in shock absorbing material.
